Strategic Leadership & District Transformation
Adminicle leadership brings extensive experience supporting districts through large-scale strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and community-centered transformation efforts.
City-Wide School Redistricting & Rezoning
Led the reconceptualization of school assignments within an urban school district serving more than 9,000 students, 2,000+ staff members, and 15 school buildings. This work supported a comprehensive school building initiative that expanded access to universal, tuition-free Pre-Kindergarten opportunities for all four-year-olds.
Strategic Plan Development
Facilitated the development of eight multi-year district strategic plans across three communities, centering the voices of students, families, educators, and stakeholders to inform educational, operational, and budgeting priorities.
School Building & Facilities Projects
Provided leadership and educational visioning support for multiple school building and athletic field projects in partnership with the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) and local School Building Committees across three Massachusetts communities.
Operations Streamlining & Family Support
Led the creation of a centralized family support and registration center staffed by multilingual professionals, improving customer service, enrollment consistency, data integrity, and operational efficiency while allowing school-based staff to focus more directly on teaching and learning.
Collaboration & Agenda Setting
Successfully negotiated more than two dozen collective bargaining agreements while fostering strong working relationships among union leadership, governing boards, municipal officials, and community stakeholders. Applied doctoral research in political competence to strengthen collaboration and position education as a priority within broader community decision-making.
Student Achievement & Postsecondary Pathways
Expanded opportunities for first-generation college students and strengthened career pathway access through more than 100 community partnerships. Leadership efforts included:
