With nearly 30 years of experience as a school and district-level leader, I’ve dedicated my career to developing strong, effective educational leadership. I’ve mentored current and aspiring leaders, facilitated strategic planning and relationship-building sessions with school boards and community stakeholders, and brought both academic study and lived experience in politics and education to every challenge.


The work of adminicle., LLC is grounded in a deep understanding of the complex dynamics that shape school systems, from policy and politics to people and practice.
