About Bob

With more than 25 years of experience in school and district leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting educators, shaping strategic initiatives, and strengthening the connection between schools and the communities they serve. Currently serving as Superintendent of the Framingham Public Schools in Massachusetts, I’ve spent my professional life working at the intersection of leadership, governance, and community engagement.

Throughout my career, I’ve coached aspiring principals and superintendents, helping them sharpen their leadership skills and develop effective family and community engagement strategies. My work spans courses, workshops, and personalized coaching sessions designed to equip leaders with the tools they need to lead authentically and strategically.

In addition to my superintendent responsibilities, I’ve served as an Adjunct Professor and Practicum Supervisor at American International College and as a University Supervisor in Boston University’s Educational Leadership Licensure Program. I’ve been invited to speak across Massachusetts on topics such as improving school climate and student engagement, building leadership capacity, and implementing effective educator evaluation systems.

My work has also extended globally. I’ve presented at the Administrative Summit in Beijing on the structure of the American education system and participated in international school accreditation visits in Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Qatar, and China. My doctoral research on the political competence of school leaders has informed graduate-level courses I’ve taught on collaborative leadership and organizational change, as well as leadership development work in Thailand, Costa Rica, Panama, Bahrain, Germany, and Italy.

At the heart of all this work is a passion for coaching leaders — individuals and small cohorts — who are committed to creating meaningful, sustainable change. I help them navigate the politically charged and often complex dynamics of their communities so they can focus on what matters most: advancing educational agendas that truly serve students and families.

Dr. Brian K. Reagan

Senior Educational Leadership Consultant

For over 30 years, I have proudly served as a public school educator and school leader across multiple Massachusetts communities. Since July 2023, I have served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Hudson Public Schools, a small suburban district of 2,300 students located 40 miles west of Boston. Prior to beginning as Superintendent in Hudson, I served as Superintendent for the Waltham Public Schools. My school leadership experience began 26 years ago as a high school assistant principal. I then served as a high school principal for 12 years in two different communities before moving to a central office position as an assistant superintendent for teaching and learning. My leadership philosophy is based firmly on the importance of building relationships and trust among all stakeholders in order to develop and bring to life common goals and objectives. I believe in distributive leadership and in the power of true collaboration and I have a passion for coaching and mentoring aspiring school and district leaders. My doctoral dissertation, which focuses on elevating instructional leadership in an age of increasing accountability and compliance, has served as a foundation for this work.

I earned my Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from Boston University, a Masters of Education from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Northeastern University.

Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of marketing, branding, design, and strategic communications, helping organizations develop their identity and tell their stories in ways that connect with the people they serve. Through my work with Adminicle, an educational consulting firm, I’ve played a key role in building its brand and digital presence, from developing the logo and visual identity to designing the website, creating marketing materials, developing SEO strategies, and shaping its broader digital and social media presence.

Before my work with adminicle, I spent more than three years in school communications, creating digital content, visual communications, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives for Framingham Public Schools. My experience also includes athletic communications and coaching, where I developed a strong understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and the importance of building authentic connections with students, families, and communities. Across each of these roles, I’ve found that my favorite work is taking an idea and turning it into a cohesive brand, compelling visual story, or meaningful communication strategy. I hold a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Assumption University.
