About Bob
With more than 25 years of experience in school and district leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting educators, shaping strategic initiatives, and strengthening the connection between schools and the communities they serve. Currently serving as Superintendent of the Framingham Public Schools in Massachusetts, I’ve spent my professional life working at the intersection of leadership, governance, and community engagement.

Throughout my career, I’ve coached aspiring principals and superintendents, helping them sharpen their leadership skills and develop effective family and community engagement strategies. My work spans courses, workshops, and personalized coaching sessions designed to equip leaders with the tools they need to lead authentically and strategically.

In addition to my superintendent responsibilities, I’ve served as an Adjunct Professor and Practicum Supervisor at American International College and as a University Supervisor in Boston University’s Educational Leadership Licensure Program. I’ve been invited to speak across Massachusetts on topics such as improving school climate and student engagement, building leadership capacity, and implementing effective educator evaluation systems.

My work has also extended globally. I’ve presented at the Administrative Summit in Beijing on the structure of the American education system and participated in international school accreditation visits in Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Qatar, and China. My doctoral research on the political competence of school leaders has informed graduate-level courses I’ve taught on collaborative leadership and organizational change, as well as leadership development work in Thailand, Costa Rica, Panama, Bahrain, Germany, and Italy.

At the heart of all this work is a passion for coaching leaders — individuals and small cohorts — who are committed to creating meaningful, sustainable change. I help them navigate the politically charged and often complex dynamics of their communities so they can focus on what matters most: advancing educational agendas that truly serve students and families.
